Enea reported Q4 sales growth of 10% and an EBIT margin of 22% (expected 14% & 24%).
Summarizing 2019, we estimate the organic growth (excl. Atos) to 2% for total sales and
9% in Network Solutions.
The organic Q4 growth was a negative -8%, which is fully related
to normal, quarterly fluctuations in mobile video optimization, indicated in the -17% drop in
telecom operator sales.
Enea says it is satisfied with Q4 sales and highlighted the tough
comparables from last year’s larger contract of USD 4.5m. However, telecom operator
sales of Q2-Q4’19 were on the same levels as the corresponding period in 2018, suggesting
that mobile video growth has slowed down, at least temporarily.
