This morning, Green Landscaping announced the acquisition of Akerhusgartneren AS, a landscaping service company in the Oslo region. The company has 80 employees, sales of just above NOK 200m and is said to have "good profitability", hence we think that the margin is above group average. The acquisition will add about 8% to our 2021 revenue forecast and likely slightly more to earnings.
