The amended European phase Ib/II protocol in myelofibrosis received regulatory clearance and dosed its first patient in July. Both myelofibrosis studies are now recruiting. Importantly, a collaboration with the US MPN-RC network makes more KOLs familiar with tasquinimod and will increase recruitment speed for the US myelofibrosis study thanks to the participation of additional sites from their network. The company continues to look for a partner for laquinimod to continue a phase II programme in inflammatory eye diseases, with a licensing deal a potential major catalyst for 2026. We have compiled an overview of deals in myelofibrosis since 2022, which proves that this is an active sector of oncology with comparatively large deal valuations, suggesting a mispricing of the Active Biotech share. The Active Biotech share screens as "cheap".
