Yesterday evening, Alzecure announced that it had raised in total SEK 48.5 million before issue costs (roughly SEK 41 million in net proceeds). The rights issue was subscribed for at 59% and roughly 20% was taken by guarantors (thus 80% in total). Now that we have a better understanding of the company’s financial situation, we will return with an updated view of the company. Our fair value range is under review.
