Redeye leaves a comment following today’s announcement of a rights issue of approximately SEK34.4m. While we had hopes of securing financing through a partnership, we are encouraged that Alzinova is bolstering its cash position, extending its financial runway, and strengthening its bargaining position in partner discussions. We adjust our base case valuation to SEK6.5 following the dilution effect of the rights issue.
