Redeye comments on Arise’s Q3 report, which was the strongest quarter in the company’s history. EBITDA increased nearly 10x Y/Y, from SEK76m in Q3 2021 to SEK713m in Q3 2022. This record result is almost completely explained by the massive sale of Kölvallen. This divestment was announced in July, but is still worth mentioning as Arise’s Q3 2022 EBITDA is equivalent to the accumulated EBITDA of the previous 19 quarters (!).
