Bactiguard's board announced that Anders Göransson will step down as CEO to start a new role as Global Head of Licensing. The board see the move as an effort to further strengthen the Licensing segment to drive growth in this area, while the group's transformation journey demands increased leadership skills (e.g. digital disruption and internationalisation). Chair of the Board Thomas Von Koch is appointed interim CEO and the search for a new CEO starts immediately.
