According to a recently published, study in India, including 1,000 patients, Bactiguard's urinary catheters with coating for infection prevention reduce the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTI) by 69% compared to standard catheters. This is the most extensive study done so far on Bactiguard’s urinary catheters and we regard it as a positive for the uptake in sales of BIP products going forward.
