Bactiguard announced it will put full focus on its licencing business via a new strategy after profitability issues in the BIP portfolio, which will now be phased out through outsourcing or partnerships. The CEO says negotiations have already started. The aim is to change losses to profit. The announced initiatives will over time negatively affect BIP revenue of SEK 25m, while the yearly savings are larger. Revised financial targets will be announced in Q3.
