Balco Group today announced the acquisition of NMT Montageteknik i Norden AB, which offers turnkey contracts in balcony renovations. The company is located in the north of Sweden, in the city of Sundsvall. NMT had turnover of SEK 49m and EBIT of SEK 4.4m, corresponding to a margin of 9%, for the fiscal year 2021/22. The acquisition strengthens Balco's position in the north of Sweden and adds ~3.5% to 2023E revenue and EBIT; we reiterate our mid-point of SEK 80/share.
