BeammWave: Two-part capital raise adds institutional anchor ahead of industrialisation - Redeye
BeammWave has resolved a directed issue of ~SEK20m to institutional investor MetaSpace Fund and a concurrent non-guaranteed rights issue of up to ~SEK51.7m, both at SEK11.50/share.

BeammWave capitalises on share price momentum to pre-fund critical industrialisation and tape-out activities. Entering the raise from an already-adequate cash position, the proceeds put financing beyond question through the commercialisation window.
Redeye leaves its fair value range unchanged for now but notes the mechanics of the rights issue introduce modest directional pressure on the range — the subscription price of SEK11.50 exceeds the current bear case of SEK5, creating scope to lift the bear case by SEK1, while dilution from full subscription could trim the bull case by SEK1 to SEK24; the outcome depends on the subscription level.
On the share price, the combined theoretical ex-rights and ex-directed price is approximately SEK13.50, a ~2% discount to the undisturbed price, and Redeye is open to a flat or marginally positive market reaction as the strengthened balance sheet and improved institutional shareholder roster may offset the dilution in market perception.
