Calliditas has secured a directed share issue of 2.4m shares, raising gross SEK 324m at SEK 135kr per share. This modest 4.8% dilution at a minor discount of 4-5% is balanced by a stronger execution power to support key-value drivers like the European launch and the direct US launch in 2022. We expect structural support ahead after the initial soft reaction. With robust near term triggers, we expect value support ahead. Our value proposition for Calliditas remains a base case value of SEK 280 (Bull 450, Bear 125).
