Ahead of the departure of current CEO Kristoffer Väliharju on 26 July, CDON has announced Allan Junge-Jensen, previously CFO in Boozt, as acting CEO. The process of finding a permanent CEO is ongoing. CDON is struggling with its new e-commerce platform that has experienced issues with the automated indexation of its products in search engines, burdening site traffic, conversion and GMV growth. We currently have a midpoint DCF based equity value of SEK 800 per share in CDON.
