DistIt Group will acquire Efuel, one of the leading players in the Swedish market for electrical vehicle (EV) charging boxes (30% share). DistIt estimates growth rates of "70%-100% p.a. over the coming years". Including incentive costs, the total EV paid is SEK 195m, of which SEK 140m will be paid in shares. Based on 2021 guidance, this corresponds to a 2021 EV/sales of 1.6x and we expect to upgrade our EBIT forecasts by about 10%. Efuel is an important customer to DistIT.
