Following previous announcements on a pending strategic overview, the new CEO Per Kaufmann has now completed the divestment of its Sominis division (de-consolidated as of April 2024), as well as confirmed a major change in its core AurDel business, where a significant portion of its A-Brand distribution volumes increasingly will be replaced by (higher margin) private label sales. Based on revised forecasts we set our new valuation range at SEK 8-13.
