DistIT announced this morning that the company has decided to divest its lithuanian subsidiary Sominis Technology UAB for an amount of EUR 1.5m (c. SEK 16.8m). Sominis had total revenue of SEK 189.2m in 2023, c. 9% of DistIT group sales. DistIT states that the divestment is part of the new strategy to focus on fewer business units and higher profitability (strategic overview initiated in Q1 by CEO). Our DCF-based mid-point of SEK 8 is under review.
