According to a Realtid article, two suppliers of mobile phones and similar products to DistITs subsidiary SweDeltaco in 2018-20 are being accused of fraudulent VAT handling in an ongoing court procedure. According to CEO Robert Rosenzweig, following standard KYC processing, including external auditors, Deltaco terminated these suppliers in 2020. Importantly, neither DistIT Group, nor any of its subsidiaries, are included in any ongoing litigation relating to this article.
