DistIT Group has announced SEK 22m (adding 14% to our 2023 EBIT forecasts) in annual efficiency gains from the continuing integration of Aurora and Deltaco. Our initial take is that these savings, from FTEs and warehouse merger (lower rentals), will gradually feed through from mainly Q3 this year and we reckon this translates into a 15% upgrade to our 2022 EBIT estimates. Our current SEK 145 mid-point DCF is under review pending estimate revisions.
