Q4: y-o-y improvements, but a bit slower than expected
Sales were SEK 87m, up 6% y-o-y, with growth driven by Indoor Climate (+45%) and Circular Energy (+10%), while Smart Properties saw a decline (-10%). Order intake remained stable in IC during the quarter, while SP has seen signs of improvement in the beginning of Q1 following slower customer decision processes in Q4. SP also saw a negative project mix in Q4, which weighed on sales. EBIT was SEK -0.8m (-8.8m) for a margin of -0.9% (-10.7%), with somewhat higher material expenses than anticipated. The financial net contained a SEK 8m positive earn-out revaluation, making net profit SEK 7.1m (-1.2m).
