Redeye comments on Embracer Group’s directed issue of cSEK2bn. While the directed issue strengthens the balance sheet and reduces financing costs, we believe the timing of the directed issue could be questioned. The directed issue yields a dilution effect of c6% and we expect to reduce our valuation by c3-5% on the back of the transaction.
