Redeye provides a preview ahead of Embracer Group’s Q1 2023/24e report, due on 17 August. We forecast a solid quarter driven by the PC/console segment. However, on the back of the recent restructuring initiatives (closure of game studios), directed issue, and a higher WACC from changes made in the Redeye rating model, we lower our estimates and valuation.
