Swiss energy company Alpiq acquires 54.9% of P2X Solutions by injecting EUR 47m funding into the company. Alpiq also has an option to increase its ownership to 100% by the end of 2028, but the conditions of this option are not disclosed. P2X Solutions continues as an independent company. Due to the capital injection, Enersense’s shareholding in P2X Solutions will decrease from 18.5% to 9%. The transaction has no cash flow impact on Enersense, or on P2X's balance sheet value.
