The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) announced on Friday 13 Jan that the processing time for the Enersense acquisition of Voimatel has been extended. This further processing may take up to 69 business days. This news is not a big surprise to us as we flagged the uncertainty in our previous reports. Enersense and Voimatel together would have roughly a 50% market share in the Finnish telecom construction market.
