Enersense announced today that it specifies the focus areas of its growth strategy. In the future, zero-emission transport is in equal position with clean energy. The company also announced that it acquires Unified Chargers, a Finnish manufacturer of EV charging stations. The purchase price is EUR 1.2m. Our first take is that this kind of business sits well in Enersense’s portfolio and the company has good capabilities to grow significantly in this area.
