Enviro has filed for bankruptcy for its wholly owned subsidiary Tyre Recycling in Sweden AB, which operates the Åsensbruk tyre-recycling plant, as part of its ongoing restructuring. We view the move as a pragmatic step that removes a structurally loss-making entity, reduces cash burn and should support the company’s restructuring process going forward.
