Richard Brown has been a big part of GIG’s success over the last couple of years by initiating many strategic decisions leading to the group's turnaround. With the strategic review underway and GIG having decided to split the group into two separate entities (GIG Platform & Sportsbook and GIG Media), the Board of Directors has agreed with Mr. Brown's decision to step down as group CEO. Mr. Brown will stay on as CEO until the end of 2023 to ensure a smooth transition.
