Green Landscaping has announced the acquistion of Viher-Pirkka Oy, a Helsinki-based landscaping company with EUR 10m revenues. The acquisition will add around 3% to our revenue forecasts but, more interestingly, it is the first step into the Finnish market. Green is now active in three geographies, following the entry into Norway a year ago. We argue that this move expands the scope for add-on acquisitions and expect high M&A activity following the recent capital injection.
