Redeye comments on the intention to carry out a preferential rights issue of SEK148m. The issue is fully secured by Accendo Capital, Impact Coatings largest shareholder. Proceeds will be used to support the international expansion, particularly within electrolysis and the North American market. Subscription price in the upcoming issue is SEK4.80 per share.
