Leaddesk has landed a contract with Istekki Ltd, enabling Istekki to resell Leaddesk’s callback system widely to the Finnish municipals and especially public healthcare organisations. The callback system is just one part of Leaddesk’s wider customer service solution and hence the financial impacts in 2023 are limited. However, selling the callback system should open opportunities for up-sell of the holistic offering to the healthcare sector, supporting the long-term growth.
