Redeye was hoping for a much stronger Q4 report and so did OXE Marine. Sales were weaker and costs significantly higher than expected. Most of the issues appear to be temporary and we believe OXE Marine is well underway to have them resolved. The overall market outlook remains firm, but following the unexpected air pocket in Q4 we are now a bit more cautious in our near-term forecasts.
