Redeye is encouraged by the recent news of OXE Marine joining forces with its US distributor Diesel Outboards and Outdoor Network Manufacturing. OXE Marine will gain access to end-users and a much stronger position in the US, which is by far the company’s most important market. The transaction is still subject to approval from various stakeholders, but we see no reason for objections. Closing is expected to take place on 31 January.
