Projektengagemang (PE) has appointed Mr Andreas Hatzigeorgiou as new President and CEO, starting in "Q3" this year. Mr Hatzigeorgiou is an adjunct faculty at the KTH School of Architecture and Build Environment and joins from the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, where he is currently CEO. Acting CEO Mrs Liselotte Haglind will resume her permanent position as CFO. PE will report Q1 results on 25 April 2024. We reiterate our current mid-point value per share of SEK 15.
