CEO Helena Hed leaves to take on the position as head of NCC's new business area Green Industry Transformation. We believe Mrs Hed has delivered on several key factors at PE over the past years, notably turning its Systems business area from losses to profits. According to Chairman Per Göransson, the process to find a replacement CEO is aiming at being completed in due course. Mrs Hed will remain at PE until leaving in June next year. We maintain our mid-point equity value of SEK 14 per share
