PE, the leading architectural consultancy, focusing on the buildings segment, reported Q1 sales 2pp below our forecast, while EBIT came in 5% ahead at SEK 18m. Importantly, adjusting organic sales for the impact from increased sick leave, due to Covid-19 in the period, CEO Helena Hed sid sales are on par with Q1 2021. The company outlook reflects expectations for "healthy market demand". We see solid margin progression ahead and we reiterate our SEK 35 mid-point value.
