The nomination committee of Seafire has informed the company that it would submit election of Sonny Mirborn as new member of the Board of Directors. We believe Mr. Mirborn, with experience at Alcadon and Addtech (two frequent acquirers), would bring valuable expertise regarding M&A and would be a good complement to the existing board of directors.
