On a group level, Serneke reported Q1 sales, EBIT and net earnings above our expectations. The main earnings driver is the Property Development division while the Construction division fell short of our expectations on order intake, sales and EBIT. The negative impact from a slower turnaround in this division is fully offset by the positive impact from the Karlatornet project on Serneke’s financial net going forward.
