Tempest Security just announced that it has signed a LOI to acquire Örestads Industribevakning. The company reported 2020 revenue and EBIT of SEK 29.8m (2019: SEK 25.6m) and SEK 3.1m (2019: SEK 0.5m), respectively. Following a due diligence process, Tempest expects to complete the acquisition by 1 October. The acquistion expands its geographical presence and will add around 9% to our revenue forecasts, while creating an attractive platform in the expansive Öresund region.
