VNV’s portfolio co. Voi completed a USD 25m funding round with VNV investing an additional USD 5m in Voi. VNV also converted its existing USD 19m convertible loan note (from 2021) into equity. Post-transaction, VNV’s stake in the e-scooter co. is USD 80m (Q4/23: USD 96m) and its ownership in Voi totals 20.9% fully diluted (vs. 23% in Q4/23). In 2023, Voi achieved its first quarter of positive EBIT at the group level, and it expects this funding round to take it to profitability.
