Alcadon Group has announced that CEO Sonny Mirborn will leave the company in October this year. According to the press release, Mr Mirborn will join a non-public company in a non-competing sector. We believe Mr Mirborn has been instrumental in building Alcadon Group over the past five years, including the implementation of its M&A strategy; most recently the acquisition of Irish Woods Communications. Our current mid-point equity value is SEK 90.
