We expect Q3 to mirror Q2, which delivered strong results, driven by project completions, new contracts, and rental income nearly doubling y/y. With a solid project pipeline, activity should remain strong. Land revaluations in Sigtuna are a possible trigger in the near term. However, the SEK 90m land reservation agreement in Hallsberg is unlikely to be finalised in Q3, due to the absence of announcements. We derive a fair value range of SEK 30-37.
