This morning, it was announced that Serstech is carrying out a directed share issue amounting to SEK40m before transaction costs. The capital raise is aimed at a group of both Swedish and International professional investors. Following the rights issue, Martin Bjäringer, one of the founders of the PE firm Monterro, will become the largest individual shareholder. Redeye provides it comments and updates its valuation range.
