Redeye updates its estimates following Waystream’s Q1 report, which was published yesterday. We are surprised to see the company reporting solid sales growth and margins in what we previously deemed a challenging market environment heading into the quarter. We now think that market conditions may have recovered, although it is still in the early days, which, combined with cost savings, should bode well for the near future. We update our fair value range and remain cautiously optimistic about the near future while our positive long-term view remains intact.
