Strong start to the year
Eolus reported strong Q1 net sales of SEK 1,975m (vs. ABGSCe 2,409m and 44m in Q1'24) and EBIT of SEK 164m (vs. ABGSCe 253m and -26m in Q1'24). The deviation was due to us having a higher revenue recognition from Pome in the quarter. The company reported a 75% degree of completion for Pome in Q1. The remainder of revenues and costs (25%) are expected to be recorded in Q2, in connection with the start of commercial operation. We estimate the total project margin for Pome at ~SEK 250m, a large part of which was booked in Q1 (we estimate SEK ~190m), and we expect the remaining ~SEK 60m to be booked in Q2.
