Last evening it was announced that CEO Christian Walén will step down, effective immediately, following mutual agreement with the Board. He has been CEO since 2022 and successfully led Careium’s turnaround. Peter Heuman, with a background as listed CEO is taking over as interim CEO until a permanent replacement can be recruited. We believe Careium is today in a stable position, but that this departure raises uncertainty relating short-term financial development.
