CapMan makes another exit from its Buyout funds as the company just announced exit of PDSVISION from Buyout XI fund. PDSVISION's sales rose fivefold under CapMan. While CapMan makes no comments on possible carry in the release, we note that the exit marks third one from the portfolio of a total six target companies. With three targets still left and exit activity increasing (altogether five buyout exits in the past 7 months) we find Buyout XI is set reach carry during 2026E.
