Train Alliance's Q4 looks stable. Sale of land area in Hallsberg generated profit of SEK 44.9m and the transaction was carried out at SEK 1,200/sqm, to be compared with the SEK 745/sqm at which the land in Hallsberg has been valued on. Profitability during the quarter was also positively impacted by the final delivery of two projects: a locomotive workshop in Borlänge and a terminal in Hallsberg, along with the associated ramp-up of rents. Concept deliveries +30% y/y.
