Redeye views today's news positively, as AAC Clyde Space’s largest shareholder, Bonnier Capital, has fully exercised its warrants from the investment announced in December 2025. The subscription strengthens AAC's balance sheet with gross proceeds of SEK 40m, resulting in a dilution of ~5%. We welcome Bonnier's continued commitment. While the news was expected, we make no adjustments to our valuation at this point.
