Actic has received a positive ruling on the Gustavsvik procurement. The Administrative Court in Karlstad rejected Medley’s request for review, so the award to Actic stands. Contract value is SEK >500m over initial 7Y, with additional 3Y option, and adds c. 10% to NTM sales at full runrate. The start date remains unclear, but we view the news positively as it could de-risk consensus estimates for 2027, and is potentially a source of upside revisions depending on start date.
