We expect Xplora's Q3 2026 report on 12 November to show net sales of NOK494m and EBIT of NOK30m (previously NOK507m and NOK26m), 6% and 24% below consensus of NOK525m and NOK40m. For Q3 we expect 265k Senior phones (215k Doro and 50k Emporia), 15% below consensus at 313k. For the full year 2026 we expect 1,122k Senior phones (1,022k Doro and 100k Emporia), 10% below consensus at 1,242k and closer to the 1,000k a year management calls normal. Q3 is the first quarter with Emporia consolidated, which makes it harder to forecast. We lower Q3 sales by NOK13m on FX and Doro mix, while lower OPEX in line with the Q2 run-rate lifts EBITDA to NOK45m (NOK41m), still 22% below consensus. We raise our 2026 EBIT by 10% to NOK92m, 33% below consensus at NOK136m. Doro Connect is now available in 130 of Power's Norwegian stores. Thus, the subscription story we have hoped for all year should start to materialise over the coming quarters.
