Redeye is positive about Senzime broadening the use of TetraGraph to electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), a brain-stimulating treatment for certain severe psychiatric conditions. According to the company, the new area of use increases the addressable market by c10%, and as ECT is typically given as a series of treatments, it fits well with Senzime’s recurring sensor model. While the news does not lead to any changes to our estimates, we view it as a further step in taking TetraGraph beyond the operating room, and it strengthens our belief in a growth recovery.
